 Owner/Founder Lanita.  Launched NVE during the COVID pandemic. NVE The name comes from the first letter of my three children middle names. Nyree, Velvet, Edward. I am a dedicated Business woman with a passion for delivering quality products that serve my demographics. I once worked at a beauty supply store I was new to the hair beauty industry but found the industry interesting, Having issues with my own hair falling out I started trying to find remedy’s to help grow my hair back. Working at a beauty supply store gave me a lot of hair products to choose from to help me with my hair problems, I  tried many products but none of them worked for me. As my frustration grew I started thinking, to do some research and maybe I could make my own products and testing them on myself. After many months of  Trail and Error I developed a product. and tested it on myself. I began this product for four months, to my surprise my hair started growing. I asked family members to try my product and their hair started growing. I realize I was onto something. Then I started attending some business classes and Entrepreneur workshops and slowly NVE was Created. Other products I made to test on my family were Shea Butter skin moisturizer, Beard Oil For Men and Hydration Spray to hold and detangle dry, brittle hair. My Entrepreneur workshops encouraged me to attend events and pop-ups to test the public markets and reach a larger consumer base. From there NVE Solutions began to grow.
